POLES & HOLDER’S WARRANTY 


We proudly offer a Lifetime warranty to our customers on the structure, workmanship and internal components of your flagpole. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges to Poles & Holders for Warranty Repair. Regardless of the chosen shipping carrier, please retain the tracking number. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit to us. In the case of loss or damage please contact the chosen shipping carrier. Warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser. 


If your flagpole fails due to manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of original purchase, we will repair the product without charge. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. The product will be repaired or replaced and returned to your return address.

*** If you have purchased a camp locator that needs to be warrantied please contact support@5150whips.com with your proof of purchase. 


Exclusions:

Flag and accessories (i.e. clips, rings, pins, foam end, bag, chrome ball, lighting accessories) are not covered under the warranty. 


Coverage includes:

Manufacturing defects

Weather-related damage

Color fading or damage

Breakage or cracking

***Camp Locator (see above)


-Any damage/loss due to shipping must be reported immediately to the carrier.

-Damages caused by flying more than 2 (3'x5') flags will not be covered under warranty. The product warranty will be void if damages result from flying a flag larger than the recommended maximum size of 3'x5'.
