Return Policy

At Poles and Holders, customer satisfaction is a priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Customers are entitled to return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date. This policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing you have options if the product does not meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, customers must ensure that the items are unused and in their original condition. This means that there should be no signs of wear or damage. Items returned in aforementioned conditions will be subject to a 30-50% return fee. Additionally, items must be returned in their original packaging, including all hardware and accessories originally provided. Adhering to these guidelines is essential for a smooth return process and to qualify for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products purchased through www.polesandholders.com for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition in the original packaging with original components. All returns received with damaged or missing components will be refused and discarded. Returns must be postmarked within the 30 day window to be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that do not meet these qualifications. You will pay to have the items shipped back to you if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return.

To return product(s), please contact sales@polesandholders.com to obtain an Authorized Return Number (“ARN”) to be included with the returned product(s). No returns of any type will be accepted without an ARN. If an item is returned to us that is not authorized for return or refund, we will attempt to contact you. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days before discarding.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, outside of the 30 day purchase window. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and use a carrier that can provide proof of delivery for your protection. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns will be reviewed within one (1) week of our receipt at the return address provided with the ARN.

Refunds are processed within approximately two (2) weeks of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. The time for your receipt of funds will vary depending on your original payment method. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
